This rollicking comedy and take off on earlier whodunits is set in the West End of 1950s London when plans for a movie version of Agatha Christie’s famed “The Mousetrap” come to an abrupt halt after a pivotal member of the crew is murdered. When world-weary Inspector Stoppard (Sam Rockwell) and eager rookie Constable Stalker (Saoirse Ronan) take on the case, the two find themselves thrown into a puzzling whodunit within the glamorously sordid theater underground, investigating the mysterious homicide at their own peril.

Directed by: Tom George
Written by: Mark Chappell
Cast: Saoirse Ronan, Sam Rockwell, David Oyelowo, Adrien Brody, and Ruth Wilson

See How They Run is the kind of whodunnit Kenneth Branagh was trying for with Death On The Nile. I can’t remember the last time I laughed this much at the cinema. The Jewish Chronicle

“A snappy comedy that struts in with an eyebrow coyly arched.” –Variety
